Refund policy

At LBB Supply, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your order, you may return it within 15 days of delivery. Please note that customization charges (logos, embroidery, private labeling, etc.) are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.

Return Conditions

1. Standard Sizes (Sports Wear & Leather Wear)

  • All clothing is made according to our size chart. Please review carefully before ordering.

  • If the item matches the chart but doesn’t fit you, buyer pays return shipping.

  • If the product does not match our chart, LBB Supply provides a prepaid return label and issues a full refund after inspection.

2. Custom Sizes & Designs (Sports Wear & Leather Wear)

  • Custom orders (measurements, logo placement, private labeling) are made exactly as per the buyer’s provided details.

  • If the product doesn’t fit due to buyer’s incorrect details, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

  • If the mistake is from our side, we cover shipping and provide a full refund.

3. Embroidery / Patches (Sports Wear & Leather Wear)

  • Embroidery and patches are created as per buyer’s instructions.

  • If the error is from the buyer’s side, only the product cost will be refunded (customization charges excluded). Buyer pays return shipping.

  • If the error is ours, LBB Supply covers return shipping and refunds the full amount, including customization.

4. Barber Tools & Sports Gear

  • Tools and gear (scissors, combs, racquets, balls, etc.) must be unused and in original packaging for a return.

  • Used or damaged tools cannot be returned due to hygiene and quality standards.

  • If the item is defective or incorrect, we cover shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If confirmed, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted.

  • If the mistake is ours, exchange shipping is free.

  • If the issue is due to buyer’s measurements or preferences, buyer covers the exchange shipping.
